We hire rarely, deliberately, and only when it's the right fit.
Klave Studio stays small on purpose. We don't run a pipeline of listed roles — we grow when the work calls for it, and we look for people who already think the way we work.
We hire the way we work: carefully
We don't keep a running list of open positions, and we're wary of studios that always seem to be hiring — it usually means people don't stay. When we do bring someone on, it's because a specific kind of work needs a specific kind of person, and we've usually already been thinking about it for a while.
That means there's no formal pipeline to apply into. If what we do sounds like the kind of work you want to be doing — and you can point to something you've built that you're proud of — we'd genuinely like to hear from you, whether or not we have anything open right now.
The best hires we've made were people we were already talking to before a role existed.— The Klave Studio team
What working here looks like
These are the things people mention most when they talk about why they stay.
Senior work, not busywork
You'll own real client problems from the first week — not a backlog of tickets someone else already scoped.
Direct client contact
Engineers talk to clients here. Nothing gets lost in translation through an account manager.
No bureaucracy
Small team, few layers, short meetings. Most decisions get made in the conversation where they come up.
Ownership over hours
We care whether the problem got solved well, not how many hours it took or when you logged in.
Nothing listed right now — that's normal
It doesn't mean the door's closed. Most people we've brought on reached out before we had a specific role in mind.
Tell us what you'd want to work on
Send a short note to careers@klavestudio.com with a bit about yourself and a link to something you've built — code, a product, anything you're proud of. We read every email, even when we're not actively hiring.
Think you'd be a good fit?
We can't promise a role, but we can promise a real reply from someone who actually read your email.
